In the event of school closure by the NYC DOH

Chai Daycare will refund 100% of all fees, except registration fees paid, if the NYC DOH does not allow school to open and our program cannot begin in September.

 

Temporary Closure

 

In the event that NYC DOH mandates a temporary closure of more than 10 school days, Chai Daycare will refund 95% of tuition fees prorated, until school reopens. This refund will start after the 10 day period. The 5% of the fees will be allotted towards our virtual learning programs.

 

Permanent Closure

 

In the event that daycare closes indefinitely beyond 10 days, Chai Daycare will refund the remaining tuition fees prorated, except the 5% which will be allotted toward our virtual learning programs. This refund will start after the 10 day period.
